Eaux thermales - Thermal waters

Nous nous levons aux aurores pour aller chercher la voiture de location à l’aéroport. Nous pensons au ravitaillement avant de partir directement vers Borjomi. Malgré la route chaotique dès qu’on quitte l’autoroute, nous arrivons trop tôt pour le check in. Nous allons donc nous promener dans le petit parc à côté. Il y a des petits poissons qui essayent de remonter la rivière.

We get up at dawn to pick up the rental car at the airport. We think about supplies before leaving directly for Borjomi. Despite the chaotic road as soon as we leave the highway, we arrive too early for check-in. So we're going for a walk in the small park next door. There are small fishes trying to swim up the river.

Nous déjeunons avec un katchapuri et des petits légumes. Le temps de boire un café et un chacha, notre chambre est prête ! Je pense qu’elle est plus grande que notre appartement. Nous allons directement profiter du spa : Mat se baigne, il y a un hamman avec des fauteuils individuels et un sauna étonnamment peu chaud. Un peu de lecture, une petite baignade et une sieste plus tard, nous ressortons nous promener.

We have lunch with katchapuri and small vegetables. A coffee and a chacha later, our room is ready! I think it's bigger than our apartment. We go straight to the spa: Mat bathes, there is a hammam with individual armchairs and a surprisingly cool sauna. A little reading, a quick swim and a nap later, we go out for a walk.

Borjomi est une ville thermale avec des eaux qui soignent (mais qui sont vraiment degueu à boire, c’est plein de souffre, beurk !). Nous prenons donc bien soin de boire du vin et surtout pas de thé, c’est plus sûr !

Borjomi is a spa town with healing waters (but really disgusting to drink, it's full of sulfur, yuck!). We therefore take great care to drink wine and especially not tea, it’s safer!
